Most motor housings are made of die-cast aluminum alloy. Contaminants generated after machining include cutting fluid, emulsion, anti-rust oil, aluminum scraps, carbonized release agent deposits and fine dust. Poor cleaning results will lead to the following problems:

  1. Residual grease reduces motor insulation performance and causes electric leakage or short circuits;
