5. Working Principle
After power-on, the generator converts high-frequency electric energy to drive transducers at the tank bottom to produce high-frequency mechanical vibration. Billions of tiny cavitation bubbles form inside the liquid; instantaneous bubble implosion generates impact force to strip oil and impurities from workpiece surfaces. Constant temperature heating accelerates grease dissolution, while the circulating filter continuously purifies cleaning liquid to achieve rapid thorough cleaning.
6. Standard Operating Procedures
Fill the tank with water or special cleaning agent to the standard liquid level
Place workpieces into the cleaning basket and fully submerge them in liquid
Set target temperature and cleaning duration via touch screen or control panel

Take out workpieces, rinse with clean water and air-dry
