Sinobakr Indexing Pass-through Cleaning Machine is a fully automatic modular tunnel cleaning equipment with multiple working stations. It adopts indexing conveying logic: workpieces are placed on custom tooling or mesh trays, driven by double-speed chain to stop at each station segmentally and fixed-pointedly, completing the full process of spray cleaning, multi-stage rinsing, high-pressure air cutting and hot air drying in order. Each process chamber is independently partitioned to prevent cross-contamination of liquid, realizing unattended operation for mass assembly line production.

2.2 Core Indexing Working Principle

The PLC accurately controls the conveying beat, and the workpiece automatically locks and stays after advancing to the next station to match the cleaning duration of corresponding procedures. Different from ordinary continuous mesh belt cleaning machines, fixed-point residence enables directional high-pressure spraying for blind holes, deep cavities and special-shaped parts. The controllable cleaning time ensures stable cleanliness and meets the high-standard cleaning requirements before precision part assembly.

4. Whole Machine Structure & Core Configurations

4.1 Main Body & Tank

The whole machine is integrally welded with thickened SUS304/316 stainless steel with seamless waterproof structure, resistant to acid-base water-based cleaning agents and hydrocarbon solvents. Each process is equipped with independent liquid storage tank with double-layer thermal insulation to reduce energy consumption of constant temperature heating. The tank is reserved with slag discharge, sewage discharge and oil floating recovery ports for easy cleaning.

4.2 Indexing Conveying System

  • Industrial double-speed chain indexing transmission, photoelectric induction automatic positioning, cylinder stop for accurate workpiece locking;

  • Optional conveying carriers: stainless steel mesh belt, custom tooling trays, chain fixtures, suitable for shell parts, shaft parts, die castings and PCB boards;

4.3 Spray & Composite Ultrasonic Cleaning Unit (Optional Combination)

  1. High-pressure Spray System: 360° adjustable fan nozzles covering top, bottom and side, spray pressure adjustable from 0.2 to 1.5MPa for directional flushing of threads and deep holes;

  2. Optional Composite Ultrasonic Module: Imported piezoelectric transducers arranged at tank bottom, optional 28kHz/40kHz dual frequency, cavitation effect to strip stubborn oil stains and metal debris inside cavities;

7. Standard Operating Procedures

  1. Set the workpiece cleaning program, the machine automatically fills detergent to standard liquid level and starts constant temperature preheating;

  2. Workers or manipulators place workpieces on the tooling tray at the feeding end;

  3. The machine automatically indexes and conveys workpieces, staying segmentally to complete cleaning, rinsing, air cutting and drying;

  4. Finished products are automatically conveyed to the discharging station, and workers can directly transfer cleaned workpieces to assembly procedures after taking out;
