1. Ultrasonic Cleaning (Precision & High Efficiency)
Ultrasonic cleaning utilizes high-frequency sound waves to generate micro-bubble implosion effects, penetrating blind holes and crevices to remove micron-level contaminants. It achieves a cleaning rate of over 98%, typically completing in 2-10 minutes.
Applicable Scenarios: Complex-structured precision parts with high cleanliness requirements, such as engine blocks and electronic housings.
Key Operation Points:
- Cleaning Agent Selection: For aluminum alloy parts, use neutral or weakly alkaline water-based cleaners to avoid pitting or alkaline corrosion caused by acidic or strongly alkaline solutions
- Temperature Control: 50-60°C is the optimal range, balancing efficiency and safety
- Process Flow: Ultrasonic cleaning → Rinsing → Drying
- Advantages: Enables batch automated cleaning with minimal workpiece damage
2. High-Pressure Water Jet Cleaning (Deburring + Cleaning)
High-pressure water deburring and cleaning systems, provided by companies like Heshi Technology, feature adjustable system pressure (50-80 MPa), simultaneously removing burrs, oil contamination, and chips.
Applicable Scenarios: Machined die-cast parts requiring simultaneous burr removal and cleaning.
