Three tailored processes are adopted for varied work‑pieces. Multi‑tank automatic ultrasonic cleaning is applied for precision small‑size parts; high‑pressure spray cleaning for cylinder blocks and housings; vacuum hydrocarbon‑ and modified‑alcohol‑based enclosed‑cleaning systems together with solvent distillation recyclers for high‑end precision components, achieving over 95 % solvent recovery and low‑VOC eco‑friendly production.
PLC‑controlled production lines automatically complete rough cleaning, fine cleaning, multi‑stage rinsing and vacuum drying to remove cutting oil, rust‑preventive oil, metal chips and abrasive powder effectively. The residual‑oil level is controlled below 30 mg/m² with particle sizes limited between 200 μm. Parts are free from water‑marks, rust and hidden contaminants inside micro‑holes.
Made of 304‑grade stainless‑steel, the equipment can connect with automated assembly lines. Recyclable water‑based detergents and sealed hydrocarbon solvents cut down pollution risks. Custom‑designed for mass‑production, our systems serve well‑known clients including Volkswagen and CNHTC, balancing cleaning quality, production tact time and long‑term operating costs to help component suppliers pass OEM cleanliness‑approval assessments.
