Additional built-in automatic oil skimming and sludge filtration systems are available, together with automatic liquid replenishment function and double heat preservation for liquid storage tanks, delivering energy-saving and eco-friendly performance.

Standard Cleaning Process

Spray Washing → Spray Rinsing → Targeted Air Knife Blowing → Wide-area Air Knife Blowing → Hot Air / Vacuum Drying → CoolingProcess segments can be added or removed according to actual production demands. Tooling fixtures support automatic rotation; both manual loading/unloading and robotic loading/unloading are compatible.

The equipment boasts high positioning precision. Tooling fixtures are driven by speed-multiplying chains and positioned via stop blocking mechanisms. It can be interfaced with other equipment, ideal for workpieces with blind holes and blind cavities that demand precise targeted spraying and air knife blowing, such as various housings.
