Sinobakr hydrocarbon cleaning machines integrate vacuum technology, variable-frequency ultrasonic waves, spraying and vapor bath composite processes. The vacuum negative pressure eliminates air blockages inside blind holes, deep holes and intersecting oil passages. Ultrasonic cavitation penetrates tiny crevasses to efficiently remove cutting oil, grinding compound, polishing wax and micron-sized metal debris. Workpieces undergo low-temperature vacuum drying after cleaning, leaving no watermarks or solvent residues on surfaces. Hydrocarbon solvent is mild and non-corrosive to aluminum alloy, stainless steel, bearing steel and powder metallurgy parts without hydrogen embrittlement, and offers short-term rust protection. The cleanliness level can reach NAS 7~8, meeting micron particle control requirements for automotive, aerospace and hydraulic industries.
The equipment is eco-friendly and energy-saving with low operating costs. It is equipped with an automatic vacuum distillation and regeneration system, achieving over 99% solvent recovery rate. The hydrocarbon solvent can be recycled repeatedly with only minor replenishment and minimal waste liquid output. A dual-stage VOC treatment unit with activated carbon and catalytic oxidation is standard, ensuring exhaust emissions well below national limits and facilitating environmental assessment approval. No large wastewater treatment infrastructure is required, and long-term consumable costs can be reduced by more than 40% compared with conventional water-based cleaning.
Full explosion-proof design ensures controllable production risks. The whole machine complies with Ex IIB T4 explosion-proof grade, fitted with explosion-proof motors and electric control components. Indirect heating via thermal oil is adopted. Imported solvent-resistant fluororubber seals are used on the chamber to prevent solvent leakage. An online flammable gas monitoring module triggers automatic alarm and shutdown when concentration exceeds the threshold. The workshop environment has no pungent odour, complying with fire codes for continuous factory production.
Modular design and high automation enable easy integration into smart manufacturing lines. Controlled by Siemens PLC and touchscreen with programmable and storable processes, the machine performs fully unmanned operations: automatic loading, rough cleaning, fine cleaning, vapor bath treatment, vacuum drying and automatic unloading.
