1 Advanced Cleaning Process Design

1.1 Spray Rinsing Working Principle

Cleaning fluid is pumped into the working chamber by a circulating pump and ejected through nozzles mounted above the liquid level inside the chamber. The fluid then flows back to the working chamber after filtration. Spray rinsing serves as an effective pre-cleaning method for preliminary surface decontamination of parts.

1.2 Submerged Jet Working Principle

When housings, individual parts and matched assemblies are fully submerged in cleaning fluid, pressurized fluid jets impact workpiece surfaces and generate swirling vortices around contact areas between the fluid and parts. Such vortices excel at flushing fine particulate contaminants trapped inside blind holes and narrow-diameter through-holes. Overseas test data verifies that workpieces submerged in liquid sustain far higher impact force under identical jet pressure compared to parts exposed in open air.
